In Slovakia, another year is being prepared called „Bubnovačka“, which is also a year to symbolically draw attention to the protection of children from violence and the topic of early prevention in society. We look forward to being a part of it!

Violence against children is there, even if we often don’t notice it, we don’t see it. It is therefore important to perceive children and more and at the same time trust them. Since 2014, the all-Slovak Bubnovačka has been organized every November – „So that children can hear better!“. The event, which is supposed to symbolically draw attention to the protection of children from violence and the opportunity in society of the theme of early prevention.

During the past years, almost 500,000 children and adults participated in the event. The good news is that everyone can get involved, for example schools, associations, institutions, companies and families at home. You can meet together in the city, meet in the square. You can be supported by the city or local musicians with their drums. You can play drums in schools – in classrooms, corridors, gyms, or in the yard, but also in companies, organizations…

Make yourself known and FILL OUT THE APPLICATION and join the children’s side, because the children’s voice is important! After filling out the application, the organizers will add you to this year’s „BUBNOVAČKA 2024“ map.
